Matthew Dorich worked in London and France before spending five years with Rick Stein at his Seafood restaurant in Cornwall. He then started his own company 'Matthew's Kitchen' in 2004.
Matthew will cook lunches and dinner parties with menus tailored to suit individual requirements. Three courses or more made with the finest ingredients cooked in your own home for you and your guests. Waiting staff can be supplied if required and the kitchen will be spotless. Based in West Berkshire Matthew's kitchen will travel to most areas in the South and South West and will consider all requests.
Cookery courses can be in the comfort of your own home, or at Sadgrove Farm in Bucklebury, Berkshire. Courses are on a one day basis, from 9am to 3pm and cost around £100 a head.
